In old age they will still bear fruit

“In old age they will still bear fruit”: this is the path of reflection on issues related to old age, organized by our Institute and held at the geriatric community of Colognola in the months of April and May 2025. The competent speaker was Dr. Simona Rota Negroni, who accompanied us to reflect on the natural process of change that old age entails, seen as a maturation and a continuous re-creation of oneself. The proposed themes “Getting old: possible well-being in the passing of time” and “Staying with the elderly person” captured the interest of all the participants and helped to foster a positive culture of old age, considered as an accumulation of experiences and opportunities for the development of wisdom.

 

The training proposal provided opportunities for reflection and growth with a view to continuous personal and relational improvement.
